Lords wanted to turn a former HSS hire site into a fully operational and optimised merchant branch that offered a comprehensive product range.
Challenge
It is a very tight site which needed to incorporate a full range of building materials along with a credible range of shop products.
Solution
Working with the team at Lords, we produced several site options to ensure we captured all required product categories. In addition, we introduced impulse buy zones at the sales counter to improve add-on sales and assist with social distancing. We also introduced four-way mobile gondola units that are positioned in high footfall areas.
